Reflection Lab

Turn enemy fire into your strongest weapon in this top-down parry action game.

Deflect incoming projectiles with your bat to defeat enemies, and dodge through expanding shockwaves that cannot be parried. Timing and positioning are the keys to survival.

Features

• Parry-focused combat — Send enemy projectiles back at them.
• Perfect & Close Parries — Time your swings and close the distance for stronger counterattacks.
• Varied attack patterns — Face standard bullets, explosive projectiles, homing shots, and expanding shockwave rings.
• Round rewards — Choose upgrade cards between rounds to strengthen your character.
• 10 rounds & Endless Mode — Clear the final round, then keep pushing your limits.

Controls

• WASD — Move
• Mouse movement — Aim your facing direction
• Space — Roll in your movement direction. If you are not moving, roll forward.
• ESC — Pause

New to the game? Select Tutorial from the main menu to learn parrying, dodging, and how to handle each attack type.

How to Play

This is a Windows downloadable demo. Fully extract the ZIP file, then launch ReflectionLab.exe.

A Work-in-Progress Demo

Reflection Lab is a solo-developed Unreal Engine game. This demo is available to gather feedback, and its content and balance may change.

I would especially appreciate your thoughts on:

• The feel and responsiveness of parrying
• Attack readability and parry timing

쏟아지는 탄환을 반사해 적을 처치하고, 패리할 수 없는 충격파는 구르기로 피하세요. 정확한 타이밍과 위치 선정이 생존의 열쇠입니다.

주요 특징

• 패리 중심 전투 — 적의 공격을 되돌려 보내 반격하세요.
• 퍼펙트 패리 & 클로즈 패리 — 타이밍과 거리를 맞춰 더 강력한 반격을 노리세요.
• 다양한 공격 패턴 — 일반탄, 폭발탄, 유도탄과 확장하는 고리형 충격파에 대응하세요.
• 라운드 보상 — 라운드를 마칠 때마다 강화 카드를 선택해 캐릭터를 성장시키세요.
• 10개 라운드 & 무한 모드 — 마지막 라운드를 돌파한 뒤에도 도전을 이어갈 수 있습니다.

조작 방법

• WASD — 이동
• 마우스 이동 — 바라보는 방향 조절
• Space — 이동 방향으로 구르기. 이동 입력이 없으면 바라보는 방향으로 구릅니다.
• ESC — 일시 정지

처음 플레이한다면 메인 메뉴에서 Tutorial을 선택해주세요. 패리와 구르기, 공격별 대응 방법을 익힐 수 있습니다.

실행 방법

Windows용 데모입니다. ZIP 파일을 모두 압축 해제한 뒤, 폴더 안의 ReflectionLab.exe를 실행해주세요.
